Hour of Code 2023 Event by Thate Pan Hub

As an official country partner of code.org, Thate Pan Hub has been proudly celebrating the Hour of Code event since 2020, with active student participation for three consecutive years. This year marks a significant shift from the past two years' online events, as Thate Pan Hub takes the celebration directly to schools and partner organizations in Yangon. Be part of this exciting initiative as we bring the joy of coding to even more students in our community.

Digital Literacy: A Catalyst for 21st Century Skills

As part of the ICT4Educators project, funded by the U.S. Department of State and YSEALI Seeds for the Future grant, and ASEAN Digital Literacy Program, supported by the ASEAN Foundation and Google.org, we organized a panel discussion at the American Center, Yangon, with professionals from the business sector, the education sector, and the youth empowerment sector to share about the importance of digital literacy.

Me-Lit: “Think Before You Click” Project Soft Opening Ceremony

Thate Pan Hub proudly participated in the soft opening ceremony of the Me-Lit:"Think Before You Click," project funded by the U.S. Department of State for Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund (AEIF), as a dedicated implementation partner. As an implementation partner, Thate Pan Hub is committed to educating the youth community with essential digital and media literacy skills, empowering them to effectively navigate and counter the negative consequences of media-related threats.

Successful Online Campaigns

Since our founding in 2020, we have organized various events and online campaigns with the goal of raising awareness about the importance of computer science. Competitions such as the "Find Your Dream" writing and drawing campaign for children, language program where children can learn different languages, whether international or local, and others such as podcast and panel discussion events with free of charge.
